Cat Williams is the author of ‘Stay Calm and Content No Matter What Life Throws At You’ and the founder of

She has been a qualified relationship counsellor since 2006 and is also a British Army wife with a passion for teaching emotional resilience and positive relationship skills. Having moved house (and often country) 16 times in 18 years whilst her husband has served abroad for months at a time, Cat brings personal as well as professional experience to the topics of emotional resilience, positive relationships, and coping with change.

Cat is currently based back in her home village near Wrexham where she has a private practice working with individuals and couples, as well as in schools and workplaces. She delivers engaging and practical workshops on stress management, anti-bullying, friendship skills, self-confidence, self-esteem, coping with change and ‘Managing ‘F.I.E.R.Y’ situations©’.

Cat is featured regularly in the media including appearances on the BBC, Chat TV (Canada) and ITV’s This Morning.  She has written for websites and print publications such as Huffington Post, Daily Post, Daily Express, Woman’s Own, and Marie Claire.

In her spare time Cat plays the Tenor Horn in her local brass band, is a Cub and Beaver Scout Leader, and enjoys ballet and tap dancing. Her husband is a Major in the Army and they are parents to two children aged 9 and 6.
